Who I am

What this website does

The website provides professional information about me and a way to contact me directly by email.

Selecting an email link opens the email application set up on your own device. Anything you then send me — such as your name, email address and the content of your message — is supplied voluntarily through email correspondence.

What this website does not use

• Marketing mailing lists
• Advertising pixels
• Retargeting
• Visitor analytics
• Session recording

How I use and keep correspondence

I use the information in your email to reply to you. I may keep correspondence where reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Maintain an appropriate professional or business record
• Support Cloud House IT discussions
• Meet legal, accounting or dispute-handling requirements

I keep correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed for these purposes.

I do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to ask for it to be transferred. To make a request, please email paul@paulengland.co.uk first.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
